Bill O'Reilly Goes Crazy
This blog entry is almost a companion piece to the one I wrote a week ago about David O. Russell, which also featured a YouTube clip where the director screams at Lily Tomlin. This clip has Fox News blowhard Bill O’Reilly and reporter Geraldo Rivera in a screaming contest that is pretty impressive. No foul language this time though. It’s from The O’Reilly Factor and it’s the show from April 5th. The subject is illegal immigration and the debate starts off pleasantly enough, but it gets more heated until suddenly Mr. O’Reilly just snaps and goes crazy. Mr. Rivera is taken aback for a short while, but then he retaliates and they spend the next two minutes just screaming at each other. They’re pissed as hell.
This is the lowest kind of entertainment on TV. It’s like a car crash that you can’t help but stare at. Still, I couldn’t help but post this blog entry and you will not refrain from watching the clip. We all know that. Still, I bet O’Reilly and Rivera kissed, made up and had a beer afterwards.
