Some Say That Fox News Is Biased

Thank God that in this era of talking heads like Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly, there’s Jon Stewart to counter them. On the last edition of The Daily Show he attacked Fox News with admirable passion and conviction – and even found the time to accuse the White House of not waging its war (if that’s what it should be called) against the channel in a convincing way. Because finding fault with Fox News really isn’t difficult, and Stewart does it with great clarity.
The clip begins with plenty of laughs as usual (the segment is called “For Fox Sake”), but Stewart cleverly attacks the channel where it hurts the most, showing how the opinions in no way can be separated from the news content and how the two divisions feed off of each other. As has been stated many times before in other circumstances, the Fox News habit of starting their charges and claims with “some say…” is particularly annoying since the people referred to are usually pundits from other Fox News programs. Stewart takes a few perfect examples and shows us how it’s done. Now, watch and learn.
