Made of Honor
It takes a real man to become a maid of honor.
Tom Bailey (Patrick Dempsey), a male slut, realizes that he’s fallen for his best friend (Michelle Monaghan), but finds out that she’s getting married and wants Tom to be her maid of honor. A new take on My Best Friend’s Wedding (1997), but significantly inferior to that film. It’s not that it’s full of god-awful ingredients, it isn’t, but everything is so bland it is likely to put the audience to sleep. The jokes fall flat, there isn’t an ounce of originality in the story and Dempsey’s charm can’t save the day.
