No Day But Today.

A year in the life of a group of bohemians in New York in the late ‘80s; aids, drugs and art are three important factors in their lives. This movie version of the popular stage musical shows its weaknesses. There’s far too many songs and only one of them is genuinely memorable, the thin story goes on too long and the script’s earnest ingredients are flat. The original cast returns (Dawson is new), but they’re ten years older than their parts.
