Wild Hogs

Four guys from the suburbs hit the road… And the road hit back.

Four middle-aged suburbanites decide to take a road trip on their motorcycles, but end up in a feud with a dangerous biker gang in New Mexico. Getting Tim Allen, John Travolta, Martin Lawrence and (especially) William H. Macy together in a comedy is a treat. They carry this one to some extent. However, employing them for this film is also a waste of talent considering the thinness of the script. The jokes are old and tired, the silly music score is too intrusive and not even the battles with the gang liven things up. Still, Peter Fonda is a sight for sore eyes.

2007-U.S. 99 min. Color. Widescreen. Directed by Walt Becker. Cast: Tim Allen (Doug Madsen), John Travolta (Woody Stevens), Martin Lawrence (Bobby Davis), William H. Macy (Dudley Frank), Ray Liotta, Marisa Tomei… Stephen Tobolowsky. Cameos: John C. McGinley, Peter Fonda.
