Just when we thought the Cold War was over, leave it to these guys to heat it up again.
Lassard (George Gaynes), Harris (G. W. Bailey) and their former cadets go to Russia to help the police capture a mafia boss. The seventh chapter is the worst of them all, featuring really bad slapstick accompanied by silly sound effects, like in a cartoon. The new Steve Guttenberg is Charlie Schlatter who is boring, and so is Ron Perlman as the mob leader. Why would Christopher Lee choose to make a fool of himself by doing this film? The only interesting ingredient is the Moscow scenery.
