Watch out! They’ve got to clean up the worst crime district in the world. But that’s no problem. They’re the worst police force in the universe.

The police academy graduates are ordered to a precinct that is plagued by a vicious gang; time to clean house. This sequel was made by other hands and much is recycled. What does work is some of the childish jokes, Art Metrano as a stand-in for G.W Bailey and Bobcat Goldthwait as the insane gang leader. Of course, the gang might have been a bit more believable as a menace had its members not been so stupid and disorganized… but that’s asking too much from a movie like this.
