The Glimmer Man
Two good cops. One bad situation.
Steven Seagal is back in a movie that tries to ride a contemporary wave of successful serial killer movies, but don’t expect much originality; this is just another one of those where the wacko killer is toying with the police. He’s crucifying his victims, but our heroes discover that a boring conspiracy is what’s really behind it all. There is always potential whenever the Lethal Weapon formula is used, but in this case it’s deadening when there’s no shootin’ or fightin’.
1996-U.S. 90 min. Color. Produced by Steven Seagal, Julius R. Nasso. Directed by John Gray. Cast: Steven Seagal (Jack Cole), Keenen Ivory Wayans (Jim Campbell), Michelle Johnson (Jessica Cole), Brian Cox, Bob Gunton, John Jackson.
